Release Candidate 2 includes bug fixes and enhancements including many changes requested by members of the AIXM Forum.

Key features of Release Candidate 2 include:

		Updated airport model incorporating requirements form Airport Mapping Databases (AMDB)
		Updates to the airport usage model to handle the data content of NOTAMs
		A new set of classes that model surface contamination (as published by SNOWTAM)
		Revisions to the Terminal Procedure model based on trials completed by the FAA and EUROCONTROL
		Full compliance with GML 3.2 as described in ISO19136 (good news, this resulted in a simplification of the XML schema)
		A new BasicMessage AIXM application schema

Release Candidate 2: AIXM Conceptual Model

This is the AIXM Conceptual Model. The UML is available in two formats:
The first zip file contains a Rational Rose model file (.mdl);
The second zip file contains the UML exported as XMI.
