Download AIXM 5.0

This is the AIXM Conceptual Model.

The UML comes in a zip file that contains:
- the Rational Rose model file (.mdl)
- the AIXM-Core.cat file.

NOTE: Warnings will be reported when the mdl file is opened. This is because the mdl file contains place-holders for the Application Schemas that are available for separate download. It is safe to ignore these warnings.

An XMI 1.3 export of the model is available in a separate zip file - the XMI contains the AIXM Core packages.

The following support material is available:
- the model exported as a Rational Rose Webview
- the schema workbook
- a simple HTML document detailing all of the classes in the UML.

The first zip file contains the AIXM XML Schema files. These include the core AIXM Schema files as well as the Schemas for ISO 19136 and ISO 19139.

The second zip file contains some short examples of AIXM 5 XML.

The supporting documents explain key parts of AIXM 5, for example, the Temporality Model and how the UML was converted to the XML schema.

This sections contains Application Schemas that are based on AIXM 5.0. They extend the core UML.

To view the Application Schemas, download the files that are of interest and place them into the uml folder along side the main AIXM mdl file (available for download above).
